邮票--中华传统文化的载体之一，选择邮票作为载体，发扬我国传统文化，以“小小邮票”为媒，传递多样性之美。此次设计作品紧扣大赛主题，将此次大会召开地云南的保护动物运用图形创意的方式结合云南当地少数民族纹样进行设计创作，在保有其可辨性的同时又具备云南民族特色。
