设计采用冰山理论，冰山理论中，30%的冰山浮在水面上，剩余70%沉于水面之下，故设计中将30%露于水面之上的部分设计为人们常见元素，剩余70%不可见元素设计为荒漠，因塑料袋死亡的海洋鱼类等，以此呼吁人们保护环境，减少水土流失，减少垃圾，塑料袋的排放。

The design employed The Iceberg Theory, which suggests that we cannot see or detect most of a situation’s data, to discuss the plastic pollution in oceans to call for people’s protection of environment by reducing waste, especially plastic waste.
